Before you begin
A compatible Mellow build with the relevant capability configured.
Find the run
Start with a short time range and the relevant agent or activity category. Check the timestamp and destination.
Inspect the failure
Open the matching row and read the error or finish reason. Distinguish a failed provider request from an agent awaiting permission.
Share selectively
Review any export before sending it. Activity may contain user prompts, model output and task metadata depending on logging settings.

Try it with a small task
After a voice test, open Audio & Media to locate transcription or speech activity and identify the model or engine used.
If it does not work
- Insights is not an exhaustive network capture: sign-in, downloads and some background probes are outside its activity rows.
